J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Mercer (Norwalk, CT) en mars 2015
Entretien
Phone interview, then a lengthy interview at the company meeting with about 6 different people on all different levels. Was intimidating to suddenly be at the desk from an elder, senior actuary who didn't ask questions and wanted to know my questions about the future of the company and the retirement consulting industry which I really wasn't interested in - I want to work in health I would take a retirement side internship just for the experience.

Two interviews as well as a test delivered in Excel. The test is pretty straightforward but it’s worth to review some formulas and shortcuts. Interviewers are friendly and they do really want to know you more as a person.
