Received an initial call to outline the role and what I wanted to achieve from it.
Received a second call confirming the interview time and place and what was expected of me in the interview.
Helen Woodland and Sarah Shanahan interviewed me, they outlined how their teams differ and how the role would fit into their teams. We discussed my previous pensions experience and compared it's similarities to the tasks I might perform at Mercer. How training and development would be implemented. I was asked various questions to find out about my achievements and handling of various situations. Sarah outlined the benefits package I would receive. Helen detailed what the next steps were after the interview and the expected timescales involved. The interview concluded with a 10 minutes maths test.

I was messaged by a Mercer recruiter on LinkedIn regarding an opportunity to which I replied I was very interested. Following a quick phone call I was instructed to apply for the role on the mercer workday website.
I was invited to a video interview a couple of days later, the video interview consisted of 7 questions with 20 seconds to prepare for the answers and up to 4 minutes to explain and provide an answer.
The final stage of the interview process was a 1 hour zoom interview with 2 managers, questions were more in the line of "describe a time where you had to ....."
I found out a day later of the outcome of the interview.
