Ridiculous first of all. The first round is through HireVue, which is an online interveiw platform that had a series of questions, and you would have 30 seconds to a minute to answer them. For the most part, they were simply easy. "Why would you want to work here" etc. It's nerve racking and uncomfortable, I'd highly recommend to really prepare for this. It's so weird and awkward and it totally threw me off. They took FOREVER to get back to me, only to tell me it wasn't good news. But maybe this wasn't for me, and I wish everyone nothing but success to ace this interview. PRACTICE!

15min hirevue with pretty base level questions, know why you want to work at Mercer. After that, 1.5 hr interview with four consultants (2 per 45 min). Lots of questions based on your past experiences, why Mercer, etc.
