Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Mercer en mars 2009
Entretien
The first round was a quick phone interview that asked basic questions about what I knew about Mercer, why I wanted to work there, etc. All of the typical first round, "get to know you" questions. The second round was done in three waves with four interviewers each time (basically everyone on the team) and from what I gathered it was really to see how I fit in and if everyone liked me. Mercer tends to only hire if they feel you're a great fit (they have so many really qualified candidates) so fit is huge. There weren't many technical questions and they allowed a lot of time for me to ask questions of them.

The first interview was a 30 minute campus interview, since I applied through career services. The interview was all behavoral, just asking why Mercer, why consulting, and then a ton of time for questions.
The second round was at their offices and consisted of 4 back to back 30 minute interviews with the analysts and associates. The interviews just ran through your resume, asked you to talk about it, and then just asked what were your strengths, weaknesses, and why Mercer. No technical question or case problems, just purely get to know you and behavioral questions.
Heard back a week later but did not receive an offer.
