Review of technical skills and client experience in a lead capacity. The interview was about 45 min in length. Next steps were to cover client experience by plan regulatory type.

Describe the typical clients in your book of business that you have serviced - plan type, AUM, composition of fiduciaries, etc.
Invited me for multiple rounds and had me interact with their resources at early hours too. No feedback or response post final round, really unprofessional. Do not attend their interviews unless you have things captured on an email.

I’ve had one assessments and two interviews, pretty straightforward, the first one was a behavioral one and the second was a case and a behavioral one, their recruitment team were very prompt and professional with the process.
