I applied online and initial communication was through email. The first time I went to the company, I had to complete a skills test. My next visit was for a 2:1 interview. The interviewers were very professional and friendly, creating a good atmosphere. They asked general questions about necessary skills for the position. They also asked behavioral questions (e.g. Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult situation).
