They travel in teams to interview. They want you to be comfortable and ask questions as to how you would work in their environment. The interview process is amazing. They want to assure that they are hiring the right person for the job. They will make remarks on your resume and give a grade as to how well you interview.

It was a teams meeting, with a panel of 3 people from the department I was applying for. The interview was an hour long with a set of rotating questions from the interviewers.

Had a phone interview first with a recruiter that was frustrating as the recruiter emailed me to schedule the call and then didn't call at the scheduled time. When they rescheduled the call another day they were an hour late. The actual interview was nice and not too difficult with multiple interviewers.

Talk about a time you encountered an issue and what actions did you take to fix it.
The interview was comprised of Basic STAR questions, have specific examples ready . Interview was an hour and was virtual. you were able to ask questions after the interview concluded.
