Applied online, didn't hear anything for 2 months, then had a phone interview with HR. A month later had interview with hiring manager, a month later interviewed in person. Waited a month and a half to hear back from HR. Too long of a process.

The hiring process from the time I applied with an internal reference. I received an email to complete the assessment one month and 17 days after I applied. Completed the assessment and sent an email once completed. I received an invite for a phone interview . I had an availability for the following week per request. I was ready and prepared just to be asked basic questions like what is your highest level of education are you authorized to work in the us meanwhile, the recruiter interviewing me is telling her kids and dogs to chill. All the simple, short questions did not matter. I will forward your information to the hiring manager, who will decide to move forward.

Met with 3 Directors in one day. This company likes situation based examples of previous work. In addition to successful sales performance, interview questions focus on leading without authority, innovative resolutions, internal and external collaboration examples and ethics.
