I applied through LinkedIn. I was contacted by a recruiter to do a phone screening. A month later I was contacted to do a virtual interview with 3 people. The interviewers did not look at my resume beforehand and they only asked me situational questions. After that, they ghosted me and never gave me an update if I got the job or not. Very unprofessional.
