Through a recruiter, and the by the time I interviewed I later found out they had already chosen to hire me based on my resume. The interview was just a formality.

Question 1
I was a french bilingual - so of course they will test your language skills - which was alright with me.
Lots of behavioral interview questions, be prepared for them. Never say anything that can be interpreted as negative. Interviewers can be a bit stiff. Be aware of trick questions. The corporate headquarters is very formal. Dress conservatively.
