First the hiring manager called followed by director and two principal scientists. The calls are based on the the skill set required for the position and their basic responsibilities. Overall, the interviews are not as difficult as I thought that would be and everyone is professional and respectful.

What would you do if you have conflicts with colleagues
They were very nice. I liked the process and meeting the people in the team. They flew me to Rahway to give a 45 minute seminar followed by some panel-like interviews. However, I did not get the position and they never provided any feedback.
