J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Merck en juil. 2014
Entretien
I received a phone call from Merck on the east coast, and was asked a few basic questions about my research experience. At the end of the conversation we set up an interview time, and I was also emailed a few links that HR needed to be filled out. These were for the background checks they need to do. I then had the in person interview with 6 different members of the company. A department director, direct manager, and co-workers from that department. The interviewing took about 2 hours, and then the manager gave me a little tour around the building and showed me the lab space.
Phone screen: background, skill scoring.
Hiring manager interview: presentation showing your research, your career plan, etc
Overall good experience, everything step was arranged quickly, less than a week between interviews
The interviewing process was pretty straightforward, kind of long. First, was the recruiter screening and if you make it past that, then the panel interview with the team, managers, and director. Also, there was a technical assessment.
