All interview details were similar to the others'. All the people I met were very nice and we had a very pleasant talking. The whole process took more than 2 months. They gave me an offer and I signed on it, but after one month's background check they discovered my visa status was F1and couldn't proceed with my on-boarding. This position could not provide sponsorship and I knew it, so when I was interviewed I told everyone I met that my visa was temporary visa, but I could apply for a STEM Extension which means I could work in the US for about 3 years without any sponsorship. All the interviewers said that's not a problem, but after more than 1 month's waiting the HR told me they can't proceed because my temporary visa. That's the issue, I got the offer and I signed on it, I quitted my previous job and did nothing but waiting for more than one month, and they told me I can't start working. It made me upset that why such a big company has a severe miscommunication issue between the department and HR.

It was a teams meeting, with a panel of 3 people from the department I was applying for. The interview was an hour long with a set of rotating questions from the interviewers.
