Video call with recruiter, followed by a video call with a cross-team lead, followed by video call with hiring manager. The recruiter was prompt at scheduling next steps until I was finally rejected (at which point he ghosted me). I got a generic rejection email 2 weeks after my interview with the hiring manager.
