Quite unstructured, all communication happens over call with the HR and nothing is put down in writing ever. There was a lengthy HR questionnaire, followed by 2 technical rounds (online+in-person).

Unprofessional HR behavior, blocking on linked in after 1st interview and then ghosting after final round for which they arranged my travel from another city. No update even after two months. The only nice part was they made arrangements for travel and stay.
