The interview was in person and one on one. The manager only asked personality questions, then showed me around the club right afterward and essentially hired me on the spot.

After the interviewer was satisfied with a few responses he proceeded to show me around the club and told me typical schedules, introduced me to other workers, explained club policies and proper etiquette. All in all a very friendly and down to earth experience.
