The process was somewhat relaxed, but interviewed by a staff who knew the position front to back. It was a very smooth process from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends after seeing the interview process alone.

Was asked to introduce myself. There were two interviewers. Then I was asked a bunch of situational/behavioural questions, often interrupted to see how I handled the pressure. They also tried to understand my thought process on how I approach problems and engage in solutioning.
