Very quick, I sent my application and got an email with invitation to a phone interview the following day. They were very good with letting you decide the time. Unfortunately, I got the time wrong but they were very kind to reschedule. Phone interview was easy and felt more like a chat; they asked general questions about what PPC marketing is and went over my CV with me. No trick questions. I received an email the following day with an invitation to a face-to-face interview at their office with a description of the process. The interviewers were both young and had a forthcoming attitude. They seemed genuinely interested in knowing who I was. At the end, they did pose me a spontaneous 'logical thinking exercise' which I was a little caught off guard for. I didn't go on to the next stage which is a case-presentation but they gave me great feedback and it was all justified, and I was allowed to apply again after 6 months if I wanted. Advice to future applicants: they're looking for motivation, and if you're not a 100% sure you want to do PPC management, they'll know and you shouldn't

Overall 3 stages. First round a phone interview, second round an onsite group interview and third round (I got cut before third round) a presentation given by you. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Phone interview went quite well, pass to the second round which was a group interview. Firstly they send you 3 questions about your self before hand to prepare and present them. They also send you 10 technical questions to prepare from which they will randomly ask you one on the day. I think I did ok on the technical part question but I don't think the 3 personal questions were quite indicative. After that a group survival exercise, make sure to be prepared on how to stand out. Finally they ask the people that they want for the next round to stay for an additional HR interview (well they don't say that, they just say that they want to ask some additional questions some people).
