I had an initially positive experience with the interview process at this company. The recruiter was friendly and took the time to provide me with all the information I needed. During the interview, I had the opportunity to discuss my journey in Product Design, which I found quite engaging. However, things took a turn for the worse after the interview concluded. I patiently waited for the timeframe the recruiter mentioned, during which they would evaluate my interview with the manager. Unfortunately, a week later, I hadn't received any updates, so I decided to follow up. To my disappointment, the recruiter informed me that the position had been put on hold for two weeks and assured me that they would contact me again shortly. It has now been two long months since that last contact, and I can only conclude that I've been ghosted.

Entretien
The interviewer didn't show up. Waited for a whole 45 minutes. No updates, nothing. I had to text them to ask if the interview was still on, and then they just told me that the HR was stuck in another meeting. Not so professional. Ended up rescheduling to another date, but then they were trying to move me to a position in another startup company that they manage.
