Applied online for the information session received a call the next day from a recruiter - she asked various questions about my career history and invited me to the information session. I went to the information session which was administered by the recruiter and the location Resident Director. I agreed to continue the requiting process and was schedule for an additional phone interview. Got called for the phone interview that per-qualified me to take the series 7 aptitude test (FIAT) and a personality test, passed both and was asked to create business plan. After I created the business plan I was schedule to meet with a Resident Director at the location the recruiter felt I would be a best fit. Met with the RD and had a fantastic interview and was told to expect a call - got a call the next day for another meeting and was offered the job at the subsequent meeting.
