My job was a contract to hire position and they needed me to work for 1 hrs on contract basis and if they are interested they can make it permanent. The interview process was mostly via a phone and all technical questions were asked. Initially for 25 mins a recruiter asked questions and later scheduled for another phone interview. The next phone interview was highly technical, five guys on the call gave ma a hard time. I expected that I wouldn't get the offer but got it anyway.
