I walked in and asked to fill out an application, was asked if I was available to interview afterwards. Management was very friendly during the interview and I got hired by the end of it. Overall the serious talk only took about 20 minutes (I asked a lot of questions) and the rest was just casual chatting. She took notes the entire time based on what I'd say to see if I was a people person or had basic cleaning knowledge.

Lots of questions asked. Staff really tries to make sure that employees are a good fit for the job and vise versa. They do let you know ahead of time that cleaning houses professionally is a very physically demanding job. They also ask questions to determine if full or part time is best for you
