The first round was a phone interview, the second round was an in-person one-on-one, and the third/final round was an in-person with three different groups of two to three people.

The interview process need more executive level personnel to tailor what they are looking for. There were colleagues who you would be reporting to that I don't feel will provide a fair assessment of who they are truly looking for.
