J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez MetLife (New York, NY) en mai 2014
Entretien
Pretty standard. An hour-long phone interview, followed by a series of face-to-face interviews with the "would-be" team. I think they were trying to be creative with their interview technique, so they kept asking what I would change or improve in their current marketing campaign (also checking if I have done my homework).

Question 1
They asked me about my life outside of work and I mentioned that I recently had a second child. The interviewer got nervous and asked if I was sure that I could attend to all the early morning conference calls with the new baby.

Entretien
I was participating in an interview process. They explained how much thye liked my profile. When I was doing the in person interview, they asked if I was planning on having children. It was an ackward moment because here it is not legal to ask that question to a woman when searching for a job.

What did I know about the company and why I wanted to work with them.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez MetLife (Tampa, FL) en janv. 2022
Entretien
Multiple phases. First round-outsourced. Hard to get good idea of company. Second round with actual managers who have open positions. Open to questions and kind. Interview via face to face.

Question 1
What are some qualities you have to contribute for this position
All you need to know is that some of the people I went in to interview with weren't there, so they wasted my time going there, and they literally told me I'd need to come back. I wasn't going to, but finally did, and it seemed that particular division was filled with chaos and I was more qualified than the others I spoke to. I received and accepted a position at another company and didn't proceed further with them. A waste of my time, disorganized, and unprofessional.
