The initial call had me believing that this was an HR/benefits position. It may have been my misunderstanding or lack of questions. I would have declined, during the initial call if I had known it was an insurance sales/agent position.
The initial interview was short, typical question. This was 1 on 1. The 2nd portion was in a group setting. I was dismayed as I thought I was coming in for 1 on 1 with a management level person who would be making a decision. This group setting also took 1.5 hours. I would have liked to have know that up front (as it is a set presentation) simply to insure I had blocked enough travel time.

There is an interview and then an aptitude test where they rate you 1-10. If you do not score above 7 MetLife ends the process. You can reapply in 6 months. The aptitude test takes approximately 2 to 3 hours to complete. It is not a joke but very technical with multiple trick answers. There is some math and a lot of psychological questions.
