Entretien
The first interview was over the phone interview with recruiter. Once you pass that interview which basically determines your level of interest and skill analysis, you are then scheduled for a phone interview with hiring manager which consists mostly of behavioral questions. After making it through that interview, you are requested to come for an in person interview which is an interview with a panel of people. If you make it through that interview, you are notified by the recruiter and asked to come in for a 2nd round of interviews. The hiring manager will present the offer.

Entretien
1st Round Quick phone screen with recruiter that covered job description, my reason and timeline for leaving and expected salary (which I didn't give).
Was told information would be passed to hiring manager and would hear something in a week.
2nd Round A week later recruitment scheduled a 30 minute phone interview with peer level team member. Brief job description was given and then inquiring about my resume and personality (STAR) questions. Was told I would hear back in a week.
Three weeks later and after I emailed the company twice I gonna heard they went with another candidate. Kinda rubbed me the wrong way.
