Phone interview, easy, nice interviewer. Very friendly, no pressure. The whole interview lasted maybe 30 minutes. She asked about my background and how many years experience I had. I believe she primarily chose me for my phone voice and the level of compassion I have for customers with problems. I told her I was willing to go the extra mile to help them and gave specific times I did just that.
Knowing about each other you and the company , the reason for choosing the position and then the technical part by asking questions related to the call center as working with the excel and at last a role play as a customer service representative

Everything seems OK. Sounds tok good to be true. Trying ti read the reviews for this company but glass door is making me fill this out which is something I don't want to do
