Question 1
How would you manage ambiguity in our objectives? What would you prioritize?
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 8 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Meta (Seattle, WA) en avr. 2025
Entretien
The interview process was very thorough (I went through at least 6 interviews total). Most are pre scripted questions while interviewers take rigorous notes to make sure you are a fit for the role and for Meta's culture. Started with hiring manager conversation, loop with 4 people who all work within the organization - Client Solution Managers, other Client Partners, and Industry Managers. This was then followed by a pitch presentation to a panel on the team you would be likely to join. They leave room for ambiguity during the pitch process to see how you think and operate.
