Entretien
3 technical interviews and 1 character interview. Definitely need to pay attention to the STAR method. One tech interview really seemed to push me towards answers even after I said "I'm not sure, I would just look that up" and eventually he got me to commit to an answer that I later realized was wrong. I was pretty disappointed because I felt it was unfair and was my Achilles heel. Such is life. I've heard the best recourse is to try again next year :)

One simple question was directed toward mold design. Asked essentially what was required to make an undercut in a plastic part.

Telephone interviews conducted twice - Once with HR, and once with someone within the Hiring Team.
Post this, a face-to-face interview was conducted to go through compentency based questions.
