      Entretien pour Client Experience Coaching Program Manager

      J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Meta (Austin, TX) en avr. 2018

      Entretien

      Started with a 30 minute phone call with the recruiter who reached out to me, she never told me nor emailed me the position she was contacting me about and asked me if I had seen the position at the end of the call, moved me to the next round regardless. Next round is a video skype call with hiring manager the next week, the position we were to talk about had been taken offline before then by about 5 days. I was asked if I had seen the position, I said yes, but told him I knew it had been removed. He told me yes, they had filled that position but wanted me to interview for a different role (product manager vs program manager). We continue on and he says I'll be contacted by my recruiter with next steps if needed. I proceed to not hear from my recruiter for almost two weeks when they email me saying they want to invite me onsite for a series of interviews, and was asked to choose between two different weeks to find a best time. I email back the same day with my preference, and then proceed to hear nothing at all for over two weeks despite sending a follow up email, a linkedin request, and a phone call. When I am finally contacted again by them via email they ask to push the date of the interview back another two weeks roughly. I receive a large amount of homework to arrange the trip and start planning that. I never heard from my recruiter or coordinator again. No prep leading up to the interviews, emails went not responded to, I really felt left out in the cold and after talking to other recruiters for Facebook they have all assured me that my experience was completely atypical, which does not make me feel any better that I am sure this negatively impacted my performance. It took them two weeks after the interview (still never responded to my emails post final round asking them to thank the team for me) to tell me they were not moving forward with my candidacy and hoping we can stay in touch. I enjoyed my conversation with the team members, but my recruiter became absolutely invisible after our first contact and I was not supported throughout this process.
