I had 2 rounds of interviews:
1. With an internal sourcer/receuiter
2. With the hiring manager
3. Would have been a half day of panel interviews with peers/other managers/stakeholders
Recruiter had classical questions to gauge motivation and understand background.
The questions from the hiring manager were very much focused on hypothetical problem solving and project planning.
How would you deal with this situation? How would you find clients for a difficult language/market? How would you set up a workflow? How long would it take to finish a project of XY size?
