I had my first interview with the recruiting manager which was personality oriented, this interview was fairly easy.
I was then contacted to get a second interview with the hiring manager / manager of the role in question; this interview was more challenging.

It was hard and fun. The process itself was very well run and everyone seemed sharp and committed to the company. They certainly have the hiring and interview process dialed in. Bummed I didn't get an offer.

2nd was the screening round. Third round was spilt in 3 different parts, each with a PMM manager.
