Was contacted on LinkedIn and had one call with the recruiter the same day. They were looking for someone to do long-term contract work, they said they could not hire me because I was about to start stem OPT.
I had a video interview with the creative director to speak about my experience & portfolio. We also discussed what to expect from the role and how it might evolve. It was pretty straight forward and concise.

Very thorough. Went through three interviews before doing an interview person presentation. After that, another round of interviews with five people from cross functional teams. All were quick and kind to interact with.
