They shared areas in advance and questions aligned with core competencies for the job I was applying for. They provided me with really good guidance. It was ot in one week. They took a long time to advise I didn't get the job.

How do you build and maintain a healthy community culture?
Good interview with hiring manager, but layoffs happened and the role was cut. Recruiters were professional and kept me updated throughout the process, and hiring manager reached out directly to apologize.
