The process had several steps by interesting and knowledgeable interviewers. I even had fun during the process, but it overlapped with a wave of layoffs and a hiring freeze, so I didn't get the offer.

I didn't get to the next stages unfortunately. I thought it was a v positive experience and felt that the interviewer was listening and asking good questions. They tried to make sure to get an idea of experience and see where I might fit within the organisation.
