Interview was divided into three components:
-1:1 interview to get an overall idea of my experience and communication abilities
-short writing assignment to demonstrate my abilities (directly related to the health tech field)
-interview with manager and CEO

Interview questions were predictable/relevant. E.g. what are your strengths, how would you overcome x challenge, where do you see yourself in 5 years, areas to improve, what makes you stand out, etc.
