It was a campus placement. The process started with a group discussion of around 50 students. A few among the 50 was selected based on the GD ( around 15 ). The selected 15 were then interviewed on a one-on-one basis where the candidates were asked to tell about themselves. Around 3 were selected from 15 and then an aptitude test was conducted to select 1 candidate.
