They sent HackerRank as a first step. Afterwards they invited me for in person interview. Asked for a take home challenge. Took the challenge serious and spent 3 full days while working and had negative return with no feedback! When I asked for a feedback they didn't even bother responding back

Entretien
I received a HackerRank challenge to begin with which was very unlike any other test. It was to implement an application with very limited details (almost like just building something with no directions) but ended up doing well and went to an onsite. The onsite took about 2-3 hours where I spoke with two engineers and received a take home challenge. The take home challenge was extremely long (probably 12+ hours of work if taken seriously) and I ended up not finishing everything but was confident my work was high quality. I was right and my final step was to speak with the CTO over a phone call as he was in Belgium. The process itself took a while but I was in no rush. I am very please with all aspects of the interview but the final step was postponed quite a few times due to scheduling conflicts.
