Somewhat of a strange interview process. For my initial interview, I was told I would be meeting with 3 CDs, yet only one attended. Halfway through our talk, another CD jumped in quickly with some additional members of the design team. Granted, interviews aren't the most fun part of the day and are often difficult to schedule, but it felt more like a scrapped together panel review, rather than an open share and professional discussion. This made it difficult for me to get a clear sense of culture and company vision.
