A phone interview which requires information about past experience and how well you can fit in the Job. A writing test is conducted at Metro where you will answer multiple choice questions. An instructor will guide you about how to operate heavy duty machines before taking the test.

The interview process had 4 stages The first stage was submitting the application. After that, there was an assessment; after that, there was a phone interview, followed by a form and finally an in-person interview.
