First I received a call from a recruiter, it was like a 5 minute random call wherein he just asked me a couple of questions related to my skills. A couple of weeks later, I was contacted again by the same recruiter to come in for an in-person interview. The in-person interview was with the director (whom this position will be supporting) and a member of the HR. The interview was in a very casual and laid back setting. The greatest con is that, it’s been two months after the in person interview and even after following up with them via e-mail and phone call, several times, nobody got back to me. I understand, if I didn’t get the job they should just inform me right away rather than waste my time and keep me on a limbo. I think it’s not a common courtesy for them to communicate with candidates.
