Got referred this position with my Job Agency. Participated in the group / panel interview organised by the Job Agency. Got selected to attend the Assessment Centre to do online assessment. But before that, we were presented what the company is about. And we were taken a tour.

first invitation for the psychometric test was sent, then after clearing the test u vil be asked to attend pychomotor and LLN test at metro office( this is very tricky must be quick and accurate for this test )

The interview was approximately 30 minutes long and had 2 parts Questions and then scenarios It was in the city, this was in 2014 The interview process is now on teams online Which I think is quite confronting

It was thorough and concise. Many different steps to the process that were outlined clearly and communicated and followed up. Plenty of opportunity for further information and job description and outline was very detailed.
