An inital recruiter phone screen, 2 rounds of interviews. Both held remotely. First round was followed by the second a week and a half later. Offer within a month and a half.
As part of the Metrolinx interview process, candidates are provided with a Power BI case study and are expected to build a dashboard, analyze the data, and present their findings, explaining both their technical approach and business insights.

The interview process was straightforward, starting with an initial phone screening, followed by a panel interview with two senior managers. However, the feedback after the interview took longer than expected.
