This was for my Co-op. I applied through university recruitment source, then got an email for off-campus interview about 2 weeks later. There were 2 employers interviewing me; they were both in enterprise risk management team. It was a friendly interview, as far as I remember, there were no technical questions, just behavioural and situational questions. Then, I got an offer about 3-4 days later. I was asked to give reference (3) for background check, etc.
