It took about one month to response after submitting online application. Someone will call for phonescreening interview then another two weeks to schedule an actual panel interview if you passed the phone screening interview. There were three interview panels that will grade your answers. I was too nervous at that time because it was my first ever interview. I guess the job was not meant for me.
