I filled in an application online with snagajob.com and it lead me to their online testing for the application. I filled it out a while ago, I can't remember exactly when but they called back within a month for sure. She asked me to come to a group interview 3 days later which was today, Friday. The position was originally for the replenishing group seasonally. She said they are only looking for specific people for sales and aren't really looking for people to work sales at the moment. There were 9 people one was late so she kicked him out. She then interviews each of us in a circle with basic questions and we each went as our turn came. Think quickly don't hesitate. she asked about 4 questions each and told us what to expect. Then left the room and called us out one by one in order of which we were sitting. I was third and she told me I was exactly the type of person who would fit in perfectly for the sale position and to come in Monday to finish the process.
