in person interview with Store Manager then second interview on phone with District Manager. Both interviews asked similar questions. Most questions were "tell me about a time..." so have experiences at the top of your mind. Each interview lasted an hour.

The interview was the easiest interview I’ve ever had! They asked me 3 questions. They were short staffed so I was hired on the spot. Interview took about 5 minutes.
Very casual one on one interview. Moved up within the company to the current position I am at now. It can be hard to get a management position without working there prior. From my experience the store manager is the one to conduct interviews.
