Organised and well run. Efficient process, company put in effort to make sure everyone had their chance to have a fair shot at the advertised job positions. Manageable difficulty, standard questions about background, experience, expectations about future progress, etc.

It was an obvious bait and switch. They said I'd be the very first interview for a management position. I walk in and instantly get told the position was filled the day before and offered minimum wage as a cashier without even being interviewed. No curtesy call the position was filled or anything. And they had the nerve to get attitude and be rude about not wanting the minimum wage job

Met with the Manager on Duty / Store Manager. Manager described the location details and job roles and then asked for a brief description of my job experience. Interview consisted of basic interview questions with experience scenarios mixed in.
