Non techincal interview with personal questions related to the CV and application. Got invited to a second interview that im attending next week. There were two guys asking over microsoft teams, asking non techincal questions
It was a 3 hour interview where I got to meet the team and discuss the role and my qualifications. They gave me a tour of the facility afterwards as well

mchp gave me 2 rounds of online interview. the interview process went great , people were nice. they answer your questions pretty well too if you have any. overall pretty good process
Begin by arranging a phone interview, followed by in-person meetings with two individuals. One of them is the team manager, while the other holds a higher managerial position. They will pose some questions during these interactions.
