Applied through Jobstreet but also sent in an email directly to HR. I got a call back the next day itself and set up an interview for the following week.
Had a phone interview followed by a face-to-face interview with the manager.
Got an offer within the same week.

Also had a test. Quite a number of questions related to the ISTQB's CTFL certification. And another simple test on your test case writing skills.
